Disclaimer
I hereby give permission for the staff of Animal Angels to enter the property
for the purpose of caring for and feeding my pets or farm animals. I give Animal
Angels permission to contact a Vet in the case of an emergency and understand
that I will be held liable for all and any veterinary fees incurred. I hereby
indemnify and hold Animal Angels harmless in respect of all actions, suits,
claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, sums of money,
costs (including solicitor and client costs) charges and expenses arising by
virtue of the services provided by Animal Angels. I furthermore indemnify Animal
Angels against all losses (including the death of any pet or animal) , damages,
accidents or injuries of whatsoever nature or kind arising from the actions of
Animal Angels, or its staff. |
